Pat
received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in
Illustration, with a minor in Graphic Design, from the Rhode Island
School of
Design. She had many years of experience
in the field of commercial art before turning her attention to painting
and
printmaking. She has worked in the field
of book illustration in Boston and Minneapolis, has experience in
repeat
pattern textile design, advertising illustration, images of geographic
regions
for print reproduction, brochure illustrations, working renderings for
blow
molded plastics products, and many other illustrative commissions too
numerous
to mention. She continues to work in the
field, and is particularly interested in book illustration and detailed
